PayRecord is a mobile time clock that provides a quick and easy way for employees, contractors and consultants working in a remote office or on the road to maintain an accurate, up to the minute record of earned pay or billable time. Entries are organized by day and by week for easy editing and transmission. You can easily edit the recorded history by adding missed clockings and making corrections to existing clockings.

PayRecord enables you to e-mail reports of your time data and notes to any e-mail address; such as your payroll office or clients. You can include the name of the client you worked for in each clocking. You can also have the location of your time clock entries recorded and included in the report.

By enabling the “Pay Calculations” option, PayRecord will calculate your pay; including overtime and double-time. You can tell PayRecord which state your reside in so that it will use your State’s Pay Regulations to calculate your earnings based on the “Job Role” - such as hourly, exempt or exempt hourly. If you want help with Application set up or other “how to” instructions, simply tap on help icon.

Pros and cons of PayRecord app for iPhone and iPad

PayRecord app good for

Location tagging works well on wifi only iPad. O/T pay calculation was perfect. How about an iPhone version Best suited for iPhone.
Hi this is a good app it does what it says it does and should look better for the money but good app. And if u want to back log day you have to change the time and date on your iPhone to the day you want to back log then start the app. And if you off just dont check in to the app simple

Some bad moments

I bought this app thinking I could calculate my hours worked and my pay for the period that I have entered. It does a good job at that, but it doesnt let you manually add hours unless you change the date and time of your device then switch back to your app and continue from there. Wish it had these features.
I know the developer took some time to make this but its not worth my $3. This should be a free app. Will be requesting a refund. Ps. Please add some graphs to show how much you made and stuff.
I was looking forward to being able to clock in employees with this app, however, it only allows to clock in on the applications time. It would be great to be able to clock more than one person in at a selected time.
Purchased App for iPhone since Ina Partners claim on their website that this App is for iPad & iPhone, App does not work on iPhone with latest official Apple software 3.1.3, Ina Support does not respond to email.
for $2.99 you would hope the app would do more. I really wished i didnt purchase the app. It doesnt even let you edit for previous dates if you did not clock in? It doesnt support mutiple client with different pay. I have 2 different jobs and i was looking for an app that could help keep track of my hours and pay and this app does not do any of those. Please Please release an update that can manually edit the clock in dates & time and also to have mutiple account/client so that i could keep track of more than 1 job. Its really could be a useful app......
I couldnt post my previous work time on this app. The developer should work on that.
